on the curd, duh. I live in hcmc and its like this everyday. If u gotta piss, find a wall or if your on an open road people frequently piss on the grass. It’s no big deal really.
It is very dangerous, but I loooove the city.
when I went to vietnam I saw only like 20 cars and 5 buses , only motorcycles
