At their best, these very inexpensive treats offer a flavour sensation with every mouthful. I’d recommend accepting everything on offer, including the chili and fish sauce. There are baguette vendors all over Saigon (HCMC), some with a regular location and others on the move with a small cart or carrying everything on bamboo poles. A culinary experience not to be missed and almost worth a trip to South Vietnam just to try. This lady was opposite the Sinh Cafe Office in De Tham Street. This one made aa great breakfast before leaving Saigon for a three day trip to PP in Cambodia.
